In August 2015, Mark Evans (Managing Director) led an MBO of the Voice and Call Recording business of Unity Technology Solutions, creating Eyrco Communications Ltd. Eyrco is a fully Irish owned and managed, highly specialist Voice Telephony and Call Recording provider across Ireland and beyond. Whatever your communication needs, Eyrco is able to provide cutting edge solutions which support your future business objectives, while integrating seamlessly with existing requirements. Eyrco are committed to delivering the very best telecommunications services to our clients. With Eyrco, customers receive a full managed service that goes far beyond simple monitoring and support as well as innovative pre-sales and installation capabilities.

How we work

Our company, including the Service Desk, operates to the ITIL standard and this is reflected in our ITIL aligned processes for Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual Service Improvement. Key to our success is the effective implementation of ITIL aligned processes and effective measurements to verify the services and their value to our customers. Eyrco invests in training, tools and time to implement the ITIL framework as its standard operating approach to service delivery and support. Our service desk is located in our headquarters in Dublin.

Our Team

Mark Evans

Managing Director

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the communications market, coming from an ICT and networking background. He is seen as a leading expert in work force optimisation in the Irish and UK market. He has personally completed implementations and designs of solutions for up to 25,000 users, and has designed and implemented solutions across EMEA and APAC. Mark has the latest technical accreditations from Verint, NICE and Avaya. He has been with the organisation from Calyx through Unity and was Head of Voice and Call Recording in Unity before leading the MBO into Eyrco.

Denis Forde

Head of Operations

Denis has 18 years experiences in the communications market, with a highly technical background. He started his career with Siemens as a telecoms engineer. Denis then moved from engineering into project management, and has completed large telecommunication, contact centre and WFO implementations with PCI and analytics. Denis is now Head of Operations in Eyrco and leads the engineering team.

Lisa Harris

Head of Quality & Customer Service

Lisa has over 17 years’ experience in the ICT industry and is an accomplished service delivery and quality manager in the communications market with extensive quality and customer support desk experience, as well as being a customer relationship manager. Lisa previously worked with Canon for 10 years in customer support before moving to Unity where she helped update the structure of the support desk. Lisa is a key member of the Eyrco team as Head of Quality and Customer Service, and has implemented an ITIL support structure across the Eyrco support desk.

Gordon Harris

Sales Director

Gordon has over 20 years’ experience in the communications market. He leads the sales team within Eyrco and is responsible for its growth. Gordon has an excellent reputation in the Irish and UK markets and his customer dedication and retention record is second to none. Gordon has been within the organisation from Calyx through Unity and was Head of Enterprise Voice sales in Unity before becoming Sales Director in Eyrco.

Andrew Byrne

Enterprise Sales Consultant

Andrew has 16 years’ experience in the communications market. He previously worked with ATS solutions as a sales specialist for 4 years. Andrew has an excellent reputation as a technical sales consultant and is one the leading Unified communications sales specialists in both Ireland and the UK.  He is technically accredited with a CCNA and has sales and presales accreditations from Eyrco’s major partners. Andrew takes a key role within Eyrco in driving the innovation of new future proof solutions.
